Police Brutality
If you try to leave Onett via the south road, you will be met with road blocks.
Before making your way to the police station, be sure to stock up again on some burgers.
Once you're ready, you'll find the police station just down the road from the bakery.
You can go in and enjoy some light conversation with a group of over powered people that have it out for you.
Walk west towards the back room.
Cops or Cromulons?
Now, i'm not saying the cops are Cromulons, but the cops are Cromulons.
Onett Police Force ( Battle )
The Onett police are literally here to beat a kid up in the back room at the police station.
Try to conserve your PSI for the main battle with Captain Strong. Be sure to keep your HP over 35, their crushing chop attacks can do that much damage. Use a Hamburger or Lifeup to recover HP. The Cops might drop burgers but don't count on it.
You'll have to fight four cops back to back before fighting Captain Strong, so be ready!
Captain Strong ( Battle )
After the fifth cop flees, Captain Strong will try to take you down.
His submission hold can deal up to 50 HP of damage, so make sure you keep your HP well above that.
Use PSI Rockin on him. It should only take a couple to knock him out. If you don't have the PP, bashing should be fine.
Open Roads
After you beat Captain Strong, he'll order his cops to let you past the roadblocks.
Head south and you'll see that the cops are following their orders to let you venture south of Onett.
